You can configure CloudWatch to send an email notification when an alarm is triggered.

Datadog

Datadog is a cloud data analytics platform that integrates with AWS and other cloud providers (https://www.datadoghq.com/. Integration of Amazon CloudWatch and Datadog

CloudWatch and Datadog can be integrated with each other to provide better visibility into AWS resources and applications. CloudWatch provides metrics of AWS resources such as EC2 instances, EBS vpumes, and Elastic Load Balancers (ELBs. DataDog supports integration with AWS CloudWatch using the official AWS plugin. With this integration, you can see your AWS resources in your Datadog dashboard, and you can also send notifications from CloudWatch to Datadog.
