Integration of Alegra and Zoho CRM

In this article, I will discuss how Alegra and Zoho CRM integrated with each other. In the first part of this article, I will write about Alegra. It is a cloud-based customer relationship management software that provides small businesses and entrepreneurs to build their own digital customer spution to increase the business performance. On the other hand, Zoho CRM is a robust customer relationship management system that helps you to grow your business.

Integration of Alegra and Zoho CRM

To integrate Alegra and Zoho CRM, you need to have both Zoho CRM and Alegra installed. Sign In to Alegra as an administrator and go to Settings/System/Integrations. Enter the information for connecting Alegra to Zoho CRM. To integrate Alegra and Zoho CRM, you need to enter the fplowing information:

  • Add Company – You can provide the company name and choose the account type (Customer or Supplier.
  • Login – Enter user name and password for your Zoho CRM account and click Sign In. The system will redirect you to Zoho CRM login page where you can enter your credentials and sign in.
  • Email – Enter email address for the user who will be used for integration. He/she must be an employee of your Zoho CRM account.
  • Password – If you want to require users to change their passwords upon first time login, then check this checkbox.
  • Auto-login – If you want to allow user to automatically login into Alegra after logging into Zoho CRM, then check this checkbox.
  • Allow access – Choose what kind of activities can be carried out by this user from Zoho CRM. You can choose from the options such as “All”, “Activity”, “Account”, “Contact”, “Leads”, “Opportunity”, “Plans”, “Reports”, “Resources” etc.
  • Click Save. If you are done with setting up integration of Alegra with Zoho CRM, you can click Enable Integration button. Otherwise, click Back button to go back to previous screen.

Benefits of Integration of Alegra and Zoho CRM

If you want to connect Alegra with Zoho CRM, then it will save your time while entering contacts. When you create a contact in Alegra, it will be automatically created in Zoho CRM unless you deselect the corresponding checkbox in Contact Management screen in Alegra. If you create a new contact in Zoho CRM, then it will also be automatically created in Alegra unless the corresponding checkbox is deselected in Contact Management screen in Alegra. But if you modify information about existing contact in either one of them, then it will not be updated in the other one. This integration between Alegra and Zoho CRM gives an opportunity to save your time while entering contact information in both systems resulting in saving your time while managing your contacts in both systems.
