However, Alegra has its own specificities that we have to take into account when designing it. we have to adapt it to our own needs (information system, procedures, etc.. This is what this part of the article will focus on.

The first thing to do is to determine whether Alegra is indeed adapted to our own needs. For that, we have to analyse the current situation in our organization. We have to identify the problem areas (for example. lack of consistency between systems, failure in integrating heterogeneous systems, etc.. and compare them with the characteristics of Alegra.

If our analysis is positive, we can proceed to the next steps. choosing some sputions for the identified problems and deciding which ones to implement. But before doing that, we need to consider some factors. budget, time frame and skills needed for implementation are just some of them.
