In this section, I will describe the integration of Alegra and QuickBooks Online.
Integration between Alegra and QuickBooks Online is seamless. Within Alegra, your QuickBooks Online account information is automatically populated with the most important information concerning your business, such as the chart of accounts. You can create invoices directly in Alegra or export the content to your QuickBooks Online account for processing. Once you have an invoice created in Alegra, it will be sent to your QuickBooks Online account for processing. This allows you to skip the step of exporting the invoice from Alegra and importing it into QuickBooks Online. You can also create purchase orders in Alegra and assign them to your customers in QuickBooks Online, allowing you to avoid having duplicate data in both programs.
