For instance, in my job, I use various software applications to do my work. To analyze a customer’s account in my company, I have to use three different applications. a billing system, a CRM system and a call logging application. All these applications have been developed by different companies and they have been integrated in my company so they can be used in combination. The integration of these applications has made possible for me to analyze all the information about the customer’s account by using only one interface instead of three. This way I can save time and also improve the quality of my work.
