In this article, I am going to explore the benefits of the integration of Alegra and Konnect Insights. In order to obtain a deeper understanding, I am going to define the term “integration” and provide an example of how it works in my life. Then I will provide a detailed outline of the whpe article.

Integration. a process of merging or combining two or more things into a single entity or structure. Merger. the combination of two or more companies, organizations, etc., into a single new one. A merger can be either friendly, in which case no one loses their job, or hostile, in which case one company is taken over by another. In order to obtain a deeper understanding of the meaning of the term “integration”, let us look at my own experience with integration. For instance, in my job, I use various software applications to do my work. To analyze a customer’s account in my company, I have to use three different applications. a billing system, a CRM system and a call logging application. All these applications have been developed by different companies and they have been integrated in my company so they can be used in combination. The integration of these applications has made possible for me to analyze all the information about the customer’s account by using only one interface instead of three. This way I can save time and also improve the quality of my work.
