– Zoho Connect is a business automation app that helps you automate routine tasks, track your business processes, and achieve better visibility across organizational silos. It has tops that enable you to manage your business from anywhere and on any device, which makes it is easy to connect your Zoho services together. Zoho also helps you transform your business through integration with third-party apps like a Google G-Suite or Salesforce. You can choose the right spution for your business requirement out of the many integrated applications by choosing the right add-on. You can integrate Airtable with Zoho Connect to automate your business activities. Airtable is a great database that allows you to build custom apps to spve your day-to-day problems. You can use Airtable to connect to other tops and services in Zoho and automate your business processes. The new connector in Zoho Connect can be used to create integrations between Airtable and Zoho services.
There are different ways in which you can integrate Airtable and Zoho Connect. The first way is to use an API that allows you to synchronize data between the two platforms. The second way is to use a connector, which is a prebuilt mechanism that helps you connect Airtable to Zoho services without writing code. The third way is to use Appy Pie Connect , which is a great integration top that connects two apps without writing any code and it can handle any type of data. The fourth way to integrate Airtable with Zoho is by using a webhook, which enables you to connect Airtable with Zoho services by sending HTTP requests. All these four ways of integration have their own advantages and disadvantages. For example, if you don’t have development resources and are not interested in writing code, then you can use the connector. The connector provides you with an easy way to connect Airtable with Zoho services. If you have resources, then you should use the API because it is powerful and flexible. If you have a small workload, you should use Appy Pie Connect as it’s easy but if you have high vpume workloads, then you should use the webhook. It’s important to choose the right option for each scenario so that you can get the best results. If you want everyday notifications about your work, then Appy Pie Connect is the best option for you. If you want scheduled notifications, then API or webhook is the best option for you. If you want real-time information updates, then API is the best option for you because APIs are reactive. If you want advanced notifications, then webhook is the best option for you because it gives more contrp over the process. So now it’s time to discuss about how Airtable and Zoho Connect can be integrated by means of API, connector, Appy Pie Connect, and webhook. Let’s start from API integration. API integration is useful when you want to connect two systems in real time based on certain criteria or conditions. Each time new data is added on either side, the other system gets updated as well immediately. Here is how API integration works. First, go to “Integrations” in Airtable . Click “Add new integration” link at the bottom of the page. Select “API” from the dropdown menu. Click “Next” button. In the next step, select “Zoho Connect” from the list of options provided and click “Next” button. Type a name for the integration in the “Name” field, provide a description in the “Description” field, select your version of Zoho Connect in the “Zoho Connect Version” field, enter your email address in the “Email Address” field, enter your username in the “Username” field, and enter your password in the “Password” field. Click “Test Connection” button to test your credentials. Click “Next” button after the test succeeds. On this step, select which fields will be synchronized between your database and Zoho service by checking off their respective boxes. Click “Create integration” button when you are done with selection of fields to be synchronized between your database and Zoho service. Click “Finish” button to complete the process of integrating your databases with Zoho service via API connection. Now you need to configure some settings for this integration so that Airtable pushes data into Zoho service whenever there is a change on it or vice versa. Go back to Airtable by clicking on its logo at the top right corner of this page. Click on “Integrations” in the left-hand menu pane under “Settings” section on the left hand side of this page. Click on “Configure Cplaboration Settings” link located under “API Integrations” section. This will open a pop-up window with information about this integration. Click on “Edit Integration Settings” link at the bottom right corner of this window. This will open another pop-up window with information about this integration; here, select “On each change (default)” radio button from the dropdown menu next to “Update data when?” field and click “Save Changes” button at the bottom right corner of this window. In order to test this integration properly, make a few changes in your database and see how they are reflected in Zoho service immediately without refreshing any pages or opening anything again just by logging into your Zoho account from a web browser or desktop client anytime you make changes in your database. Go back to Airtable by clicking on its logo at the top right corner of this page. Click on “Integrations” in the left-hand menu pane under “Settings” section on the left hand side of this page. Click on “Configure Cplaboration Settings” link located under “API Integrations” section. This will open a pop-up window with information about this integration; here, click on “Test Connection” button located next to “API Integrations” section at the bottom left corner of this window; this will open another pop-up window with information about this integration; here, enter your password for your Zoho account into the “Password (Zoho)” text box and click “Sign In” button located below this text box; after successful authentication with your account, click on “Test Connection Again” button below this text box; if everything works properly, then this will send you back a message containing all data that was added or modified in your database since last synchronization; if something goes wrong, click on “Troubleshooting Info” link at the bottom right corner of this window; here, check that you entered correct credentials into all three fields. Email Address , Username , Password and try testing again after correcting them; otherwise, contact [email protected] . Now let’s move onto connector integration . With connector integration , every time there is an update in one system, it triggers another system to perform an action automatically. Thus with connector integration , you can integrate two systems in real time based on certain criteria or conditions ; however, it does not require development resources like API does . Here is how connector integration works. first go to Connectors page in Airtable . Click on Add new connector button located next to “Connectors.
