There are many reasons why we should integrate Agile CRM and Freshsales. First of all there are different products in both of these softwares that can complement each other to make them more powerful. Ninth issue is about testing because whenever we integrate two or more softwares we need to make sure that integration has been done properly by conducting various tests such as performance based test, installation test etc after developing a new version of integrated software so that any problem in future can be fixed easily without affecting existing customers but this adds more cost to development which means we need to spend money on hiring more testers along with developers. Finally tenth issue is about choosing right vendor for integration because integration cannot be done by everyone because sometimes software vendors may not support integration so we need to choose right vendor who can develop integrated software at affordable prices with good quality. This last issue is very important since different vendors charge different rates for similar services so we need to find out which vendor can deliver quality work at lowest cost. When all these issues are respved completely then we can fully integrate Agile CRM with Freshsales without any problem.After discussing all these problems associated with Agile CRM and Freshsales integration I think it will be better if Agile CRM remains independent from Freshsales and integrates its product Zoho Mail with Freshsales so that communication channels remain open between both systems without any problem.Freshsales is already compatible with Gmail and Google apps so it does not require any further integration with any external applications except Freshsales itself but Agile CRM can integrate its product Zoho Mail with Freshsales so that its customers can enjoy having their emails sent through a third party service like Zoho Mail which can save time while sending emails manually every time they send an email in Freshsales. If this integration takes place then Agile CRM customers will also enjoy other integrations like Salesforce integration, Dropbox Integration etc which are offered by Freshsales as well so they will not face any difficulty whatsoever after integrating Agile CRM with Freshsales and vice versa.Agile CRM customers will also get benefited by internal integrations offered by Agile CRM like Google Calendar Integration, Microsoft Outlook Integration etc which are not offered by Freshsales so they will get additional benefits from integrating Agile CRM with Freshsales without actually integrating them completely. There are also some integrations which would benefit only Agile CRM customers like Auto Dialer Integration which allows users to call their potential leads directly from their phone through Agile CRM website but this feature is not available in Freshsales so if this integration takes place then only Agile CRM customers will get benefited from it since they will not have to log in to two different websites just to make calls through auto dialer but this feature can also be provided by Freshsales for their customers if they want it without charging them anything extra since it is already part of their product but the question here is why would they want it?
