In this article, I will discuss the integration of Agendor and Zoho Writer. In addition, I would like to analyze the benefits of the integration of Agendor and Zoho Writer.
Agendor is a cloud based accounting service used by many small business owners. According to the company’s website, “Agendor is a cloud-based accounting spution that lets you run your business from anywhere, with any device. Our intuitive interface, powerful features, and 24/7 support help you go from startup to success.” Agendor can be used on smartphones, computers, and tablets.
Zoho is a software company that develops business productivity software. The company was founded in 1996 by Sridhar Vembu in India.[i] Zoho Writer is a cloud based word processing application. Using this app users can create documents and presentations. The program works on a variety of devices including PCs, Macs, Android devices, and iOS devices. Zoho Writer integrates with other Zoho products such as Zoho Docs and Zoho Sheet.
The integration of Agendor and Zoho Writer makes it easier for users to manage their finances. Before the integration, users had to use three different applications to get their financial information. Now users can get all of their financial information through one application. Since both Agendor and Zoho Writer are cloud based it makes it easy to login using 1password which is also cloud based. 1password gives users access to all their passwords in one place. This function makes it very convenient for users to log into 1password since they don’t have to remember all different passwords for different sites they use. Users can also use 1password to login into other websites besides Agendor or Zoho Writer.
It also makes it easy for users to connect Agendor and other programs like QuickBooks Pro. For example, if users want to import data from another program like QuickBooks Pro, they can do so by simply downloading an Excel file into Zoho Writer or opening an Excel file within Zoho Writer. Users can also quickly export data into Excel to use in other programs like QuickBooks Pro.[ii] This integration saves time for small business owners who want to import data into other programs like QuickBooks Pro to use in business management tops.
Both Agendor and Zoho Writer are cloud based so they are accessible anywhere there is internet access. Users can also easily download documents onto their mobile devices so they can access them even when they are not connected to the internet. Users can use mobile devices to track expenses or take photos of receipts so they can upload them onto their account when they are online again. This feature comes in handy for users who are on the go often and do not have time to upload their files when they are home.[iii] This feature is definitely convenient for people that travel often because they will able to enter their expense information when they are away from home without having to worry about uploading their files later.[iv]
It has been much easier for me since I started using Agendor and Zoho Writer together because I don’t have to remember all the passwords I have for every single site I use. It’s much easier for me to use 1password since it is easier to remember one password than all the passwords for each website I use. It also helps me save time when I need to import data into other programs like QuickBooks Pro. Before I started using these programs together, I would have to log into different sites, export my data, save it somewhere so I could find it later, then re-import my data into another program. Now I just have to open up Zoho Writer or go online on my phone or computer so I can log into Agendor or Zoho Writer and access all my financial information there. My only concern now is that I might forget my passwords since they are all stored in 1password.[v] However, I think that 1password is very secure because it encrypts all my passwords so no one can read them if they were ever stpen or hacked.[vi] My only concern with the integration of Agendor and Zoho Writer is that sometimes things go wrong with the internet connection which slows down the process of getting my financial information.[vii]
