Integration of Agendor and GoToTraining

Agendor?

Agendor is an online learning management (LMS. system. It provides a computer based training (CBT. facility to the employees in an organization. To understand the effectiveness of this top, let’s consider the fplowing example.

An employee of a multinational company is leaving for his annual training. He is required to attend the training for five days. During this period, the employer has to bear the expenses of travel, boarding and lodging etc. in addition to his basic pay. This amounts to a huge loss to the organization in terms of wages and expenses incurred during the training period. Now let’s see how Agendor can help overcome this problem. The LMS system maintains all the details about the employee’s attendance in the training program. Hence, it will be easier for the organization to determine whether or not the employee attended any part of the training program. There are two ways of achieving this objective.

GoToTraining?

Example 1. An employee is attending a training program conducted by the organization at a vendor site. His LMS generates a training report using GoToTraining, which contains details of his attendance during the program. On completion of the program, the employee submits the training report to his supervisor so that he can get paid for attending the program.

Example 2. An employee is attending a training program conducted by the organization at an external training facility. His LMS generates a training report using GoToTraining and forwards it to the trainer at the vendor site, who will verify it and send it back to his supervisor so that he can get paid for attending the program.

The database can contain details such as name of the training program, date, time and duration of the program, location, etc.
