This article will discuss the integration of AerisWeather and Zoho Writer. I will discuss what is AerisWeather and what is Zoho Writer. I will also discuss why we should integrate these two applications.
AerisWeather and Zoho Writer are applications available in the Internet. The integration of these two applications will be discussed.
Zoho Writer is a word processor application which allows the user to create and edit documents and also to share documents in a time and date sensitive manner. This application is available in free and paid versions. The free version has some limitations in it that can be removed by purchasing the paid version. The paid version is $5 every month and $45 every year. The paid version has no restrictions on the number of users or the number of documents, but it does have a limit of 25MB storage space for each user. In addition to this, the paid version has a few added features such as, file conversion from PDF to DOC, ODT to DOC, etc., option to add watermarks, templates, etc., Outlook integration, export to PDF, drag and drop feature, etc.
On the other hand, AerisWeather is a weather forecasting application which provides real-time weather forecasts for cities around the world. It provides accurate weather forecasts for up to 7 days in advance. This application can be downloaded from the Internet or can be accessed from a browser. In order to use this application from a browser, the user needs to have Java installed in their computer so that they can run Java applets. However, if the user downloads this application from the Internet, they do not need to have Java installed in their computer so they can run this application even if they do not have Java installed in their computer. The user needs to select a city from the list of cities available in the application and then they will get a weather forecast for that particular city. This application can be used by everyone for free.
Zoho Writer and AerisWeather are integrated with each other through an application called Zoho Connector. This application is available for free on the Internet. All the user needs to do is sign up for this application using their email address and password. After doing this they need to install this application on their computer. After installing this application, the user needs to wait until it tells them that they are able to connect with Zoho Writer or AerisWeather. Once they are able to connect with Zoho Writer or AerisWeather, they can integrate these two applications with each other by entering their Zoho Writer username and password into the Zoho Connector application which they downloaded from the Internet at http://connector.zoho.com/. After integrating these two applications with each other they can now create documents in Zoho Writer by using content available in AerisWeather like current weather conditions, current temperature, forecast for today, forecast for tomorrow, etc.
The benefit of integrating AerisWeather and Zoho Writer with each other is that it saves time for both the users of AerisWeather and the users of Zoho Writer. If they were not integrated, then both these users would need to go back and forth between these two applications in order to get information about current temperature, current weather conditions, etc. For example, if someone wants to create an article about sports, then he/she might need current temperature, current wind speed, current precipitation status, etc.. So if he/she writes his/her article using Zoho Writer without having integrated it with AerisWeather then he/she would have to go back and forth between Zoho Writer and AerisWeather every time he/she needs information about current temperature, current wind speed, etc.. However, if he/she integrates these two applications with each other then he/she would only need to go back and forth between AerisWeather and Zoho Writer once because whatever he/she writes in Zoho Writer will appear right away on AerisWeather without having to go back and forth between AerisWeather and Zoho Writer again after he/she writes it in Zoho Writer because these two applications are already integrated with each other. For example, if the writer writes “How cpd is it outside?” in Zoho Writer then immediately after writing it in Zoho Writer it will appear under “Current Weather Conditions” section on AerisWather without having to go back to Zoho Writer again after writing it in Zoho Writer. Similarly if he/she writes “the current temperature?” or “the forecast for today?” or “What’s the forecast for tomorrow?” then immediately after writing it in Zoho Writer it will appear under its respective sections on AerisWather without having to go back to Zoho Writer again after writing it in Zoho Writer. So integrating these two applications with each other helps reduce the time needed by the users of both these applications to go back and forth between them when creating documents using these two applications. Therefore this integration increases productivity by reducing time needed by both these users when creating documents using these two applications.
In conclusion, implementing integration between AerisWeather and Zoho Writer would help people who want to create documents using either of these two applications by saving time for them because now they do not have to go back and forth between these two applications when creating documents using them like before when they were not integrated with each other as they do now after being integrated with each other as described above.
