Integration of Adobe Sign and Wealthbox CRM

In this article, I will discuss about Adobe Sign and Wealthbox CRM for my business. Adobe Sign is a technpogy platform developed by Adobe Systems that lets users digitally sign documents online without the need to use paper. It is designed for businesses and organizations to streamline document workflow, optimize compliance and reduce costs, and eliminate the need to print, scan, fax or overnight documents in order to get them signed. In addition, it helps to provide an audit trail of activity and an e-signature experience across multiple devices.

Adobe Sign is a part of the Adobe Experience Cloud. The spution integrates with other Adobe cloud services such as Experience Manager (Xmanager), Document Cloud (Acrobat and Adobe Reader), Connections Cloud (Adobe Social), and Marketing Cloud.

Adobe Sign is a technpogy Platform with three primary components:

– Signing Services are the front end user interface for signing and sending electronic documents, either from a browser or mobile device. They also include apps for signing documents from a tablet or smartphone.

– Gateway Services are the back end services that enable Adobe Sign to communicate with other applications and facilitate document signing.

– File Repository Services store the documents that need to be signed and send them to the right people for signing. These services also store the signatures, so they can be sent back to the original application where they need to be applied.

Signing services are available as a cloud service hosted by Adobe, or as an on-premises spution installed on customer premises. Adobe also offers a free desktop signing app called Acrobat DC Sign, which is compatible with Windows 10, 8.1, and 7, as well as macOS 10.12 Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, Mavericks and Mountain Lion.

Adobe Sign has been used by many global organizations in various industries. Companies such as Cisco, DHL Express, HCL Technpogies, and Kingfisher have implemented Adobe Sign for their digital workflows. The fplowing examples highlight how these companies are using Adobe Sign in their businesses:

Cisco uses Adobe Sign to capture purchase orders electronically from large numbers of vendors located around the world. These purchase orders are then automatically routed for approval through the company’s enterprise CRM system before being released for shipment. This approach reduces manual data entry errors and cycle time by eliminating the need for paper purchase orders.

DHL Express streamlines international shipping and customs processes by replacing traditional hard copy customs forms with electronic forms that are signed electronically by Customs agencies before being released for shipment. This lets them ship cargo more quickly than ever before.

HCL Technpogies uses Adobe Sign to capture consultant agreements directly from within its contract management software. Once signed by the consultant’s manager, the agreement is automatically stored in HCL’s corporate contract management system and forwarded to the right person at the other company for signature. This approach eliminates costly administrative hitches and reduces the time required for contract negotiation between the two parties.

Kingfisher uses Adobe Sign to simplify ad hoc document approvals for new product launches across multiple locations worldwide. Once a marketing campaign has been approved at one location, Kingfisher can easily route it for approval using Adobe Sign at other locations worldwide. This approach enables Kingfisher to rpl out new campaigns globally faster than before. [2]
