Adobe Sign is integrated with Square. This integration allows users to be able to sign documents electronically and pay for services through a mobile device. To be able to sign a document electronically, a user needs to install the Adobe Reader app on their mobile device. Adobe Reader allows the user to access their cloud account from which they can access sensitive information such as credit card information. In order for a person to submit a payment, they only need the Square app installed on their mobile device. Once a user is done signing a document, the file is sent directly into the user’s cloud account where it can be accessed by anyone in the system.
