First of all, you need to go to Adobe Sign and create a new account there. On the main dashboard page of your account, you will be able to see 3 tabs. My Fpders, My Documents, and My Signature Pads. These tabs allow you to manage and track your documents and signature pads easily.
You can create a fpder and upload a file to this fpder by clicking on the “My Fpders” tab. The next step is to click on the “My Documents” tab and select the fpder that you have created before.
