Go to the DocuSign Settings page in your account. Click on the name of the Facebook Messenger button. Select ‘Enable’ to enable the Facebook Messenger button on your account. Click on the ‘Pair Facebook Page’ button. Click the ‘Select Page’ button to select the Facebook Page you want to use for this integration. Click on ‘Save Changes’ to save all the changes. After this, you will be redirected to the Facebook Page where you will see an app added by DocuSign. Click on the ‘Add Your App’ button. Type the name of your app in the pop-up box. Click on ‘Done’. Click on ‘Verify Your App’s Domain Name’ button after this step. This will show you a page where you will need to verify your domain using your domain registrar credentials. Click on the ‘Verify Now’ button after this step. Click on ‘Done’ after verification of domain name is finished. Click on ‘Set Up Facebook’ button after this step. Click on ‘Got It’ button after this step. Click on the drop down menu next to ‘Application ID’ and select ‘APPID_YOUR_APP_ID_HERE’. Click on ‘Save Changes’ after selecting your app id. Click on ‘Verify Permissions’ button after this step. This will redirect you to another page where you need to give permission to DocuSign for using your Facebook data. Click on the ‘Allow’ button after this step. The next screen shows a QR code which you can scan using a mobile device or a webcam connected to a computer. When scanning is finished, click on the ‘Got It’ button and then click on ‘Done’. The next screen shows an OAuth token which you need to copy from your browser address bar and paste into DocuSign Settings > Settings > API Keys. Paste the token into the Token field and then click on ‘Save Changes’ to save all changes made in this section of settings page. You can now test your integration by signing a document from DocuSign and sharing it with a contact from your Facebook contact list who also uses Facebook Messenger.
