Integration of Adobe Sign and Apptivo

In this course, we have been using Adobe Sign to send e-signatures on documents that we have created in Google Docs. However, a document can be more than a single page of text or a spreadsheet. It can also be a PDF file. In some cases, you might want to share a document with someone who doesn’t have access to a copy of Google Docs or doesn’t have a Gmail account. In other cases, you might want to get an e-signature from someone who isn’t comfortable signing a document in a browser window. In both of these cases, you need Adobe Sign.

Adobe Sign is used to create and send a PDF document. You can then use that PDF document to get an e-signature from the person you want to sign it. Once that signature is returned to you, Adobe Sign will convert the PDF file back into a new Google Docs document. Then, the e-signature will be merged into the original document. You can then share that final document with whomever you want.

Integration of Adobe Sign and Apptivo

As mentioned above, Adobe Sign does not replace Google Docs. Instead, it works in coordination with Google Docs to create and send signed documents. You do this by creating an e-signature form in Adobe Sign and then uploading it to Google Drive. Then, you can share it with whomever you want so they can sign it.
