Creating an Account with Revput

The first step in integrating Acuity Scheduling and Revput is creating an account with Revput. In order to fill out the application form for a Revput account you will need to enter the fplowing information. your name, age, date of birth, address and country of residence, email address, mobile phone number, social security number and current bank details. You will also have to provide and confirm your Mobile Pin Code (MPC. which will be used as your password when you log in to the Revput app on your phone. You will get the MPC after you have successfully submitted your application form. You will receive an email from Revput once your account has been activated. You will then use this email and your MPC to login to your new Revput account online or using the Revput app on your phone.

Creating an Account with Acuity Scheduling

The next step in integrating Acuity Scheduling and Revput is creating an account with Acuity Scheduling. To fill out the application form you will need to enter the fplowing information. your name, email address, company name, company address, company phone number, company website, company logo url and a description of what your business does. You will also have to provide your business bank details, including your IBAN number and Swift Code. Your IBAN number will be obtained from your bank once you have provided them with all the other information required by Acuity Scheduling. The Swift Code is also provided by your bank once you have provided them with all the other information required by Acuity Scheduling. Once you have entered the necessary information on the application form you will be sent a confirmation email from Acuity Scheduling informing you that your account has been activated. You will then use this email and your MPC to login to your new Acuity Scheduling account online or using the Acuity Scheduling app on your phone.

Once you have created accounts on both platforms you may link them together. This can be done from either your ‘Settings’ tab on the Acuity Scheduling website or from within the ‘Settings’ tab on the Revput app. Your ‘Settings’ tab can be found in the top navigation bar of the website or in the top navigation bar of the app under ‘My Account’. Once you have clicked on ‘Settings’ you will be taken to a page where you can view all of your settings as well as edit them. In order to link accounts together you will have to enter your MPC into both apps. After doing so you will be able to see all of your appointments in both apps. In addition, if you make an appointment in Acuity Scheduling it will pop up on your phone as a notification and vice versa. If you choose to accept payment for an appointment through Revput it will automatically be added to your invoice list in Acuity Scheduling and vice versa. If you want to modify these settings in future then you will just have to go back into ‘Settings’ from either app and change them accordingly.
