It helps you to get more out of your pipeline, fplow-up with prospects and measure the performance of individual team members. It integrates with many applications such as Google Drive, Google Calendar, Dropbox, Slack, Zapier, Twitter etc.

Integration of Acuity Scheduling and Pipedrive

Since Acuity Scheduling and Pipedrive are both cloud-based software tops, they can be integrated with each other very easily. They can be integrated using Zapier. Zapier is a third party app that you can use to connect different apps together without the need to program or develop any code. All you have to do is just set up the connection between the two apps you want to integrate and Zapier will take care of the rest. To integrate Acuity Scheduling and Pipedrive you can use the fplowing steps:

  • Sign in to your Acuity Scheduling account.
  • Go to Settings > Integrations > Add New Integration.
  • Search for “Zapier” in the search bar and select “Zapier – Connect different apps together” from the results.
  • Enter the information on how you want integration to happen between Acuity Scheduling and Pipedrive. You can choose between three options. Create meetings from Pipedrive data, Create meetings from Acuity data, or Create meetings from both Pipedrive and Acuity data. Depending on which option you choose, you will see a set of instructions on how to connect the two apps together. Fplow this instructions carefully and when finished, click on save integration button. After integration, new actions will show up under the name of Acrity Integrations in Pipedrive.
  • Once you have completed above steps, you are now able to integrate Acuity and Pipedrive. To test this integration, you need to create an event in either one of the apps and then trigger an action in another app. Let’s say you create an event in Acuity Scheduling and then trigger an action in Pipedrive by clicking on “Create a new pipeline opportunity” in Pipedrive’s action list. The result will be a new pipeline opportunity created automatically from the event that was created in Acuity Scheduling earlier.
