Integration of Acuity Scheduling and Instagram Lead Ads

Acuity Scheduling

Acuity Scheduling, a leading cloud-based appointment scheduling software for small businesses and professionals, has recently integrated Instagram Lead Ads into its product suite. Acuity Scheduling is the first appointment scheduling software to provide Instagram integration. The addition of Instagram Lead Ads provides businesses with an easy way to generate more leads, whether they are B2B or B2C.

Instagram Lead Ads

Instagram Lead Ads are a recent addition to the advertising options available on Instagram. Since launching in May 2017, Lead Ads have been well-received by advertisers. They offer a number of benefits over other avenues of Instagram advertising, such as the option to create custom landing pages, access to Instagram Analytics and Facebook Pixel integration, and the ability to retarget users who have demonstrated interest in a brand’s products or services.

Integration of Acuity Scheduling and Instagram Lead Ads

To use Instagram Lead Ads to generate leads for their business or organization, users must first create a business page on Facebook. Then, the user can integrate Facebook Pixel into their website. To integrate Facebook Pixel, Acuity provides users with a tracking script that they can install on their website. It automatically records information about the user that visits the website and sends it back to the Acuity platform. This allows Acuity to identify which users have visited a company’s website and to track how many leads they generate. Finally, once all of these steps have been completed, Acuity Scheduling users can add their Instagram profile as an Ad Account.

Once an Instagram account has been added, users can navigate to the “Forms” section of the dashboard. From here, they can select “Create Form” and add their form title, description, and button text. Once the form has been created, there are five fields that need to be filled out. Company Name, Email Address, First Name, Last Name and Phone Number. The Company Name and Email Address are used to identify the company that is receiving the lead; First Name, Last Name and Phone Number are used to identify the person receiving the lead. The email address field can be left blank if an email address should not be cplected from the user. For example, if a user has already provided an email address on their profile, this field can be left blank.

After creating the form, users can choose which type of Lead Ad they wish to display. Single Image or Carousel (up to 3 images. If choosing Single Image, only one image will appear on Instagram. If choosing Carousel (up to 3 images), three images will appear on Instagram. When selecting images for their ad campaign, users have two options. Uploading images from their computer or using the built-in image library in their Acuity account. Users who use the built-in image library will see thumbnails of all of their uploaded images on the right side of their screen. They can then drag any of these thumbnails directly into their Lead Ad.

Once a user has selected an image for their ad campaign, they can customize their ad further by adding a headline and description. The headline appears at the top of the ad; it’s accompanied by a smaller description below it. Both of these sections are optional but highly recommended. If a user chooses not to add either of these sections, they will be prompted with a warning message alerting them that they will not be able to cplect leads from this ad campaign directly through Acuity Scheduling.

When creating a carousel ad campaign, users can also customize how many times each image will appear in the ad campaign, as well as at what points in each image the transition between images occurs. Users can also set specific image rotation durations for each image in the series. Users should note that image transitions are not supported for single image ads.

Once an ad campaign has been created with three images and customized with a headline and description, users can view it in the dashboard by clicking “View Ad Campaign” at the top of their screen. They can then continue making changes if necessary before publishing their ad campaign to begin generating leads.

Users who want to send leads directly from their Acuity Scheduling account to another platform or CRM can also do so. They first need to ensure that they have integrated Facebook Pixel onto their website so that Facebook can track which users visit their site. Once this step is completed, users will be able to click “Convert Leads Into Contact” when viewing individual leads in the dashboard. From here, they will be able to select which platform they would like to integrate with and click “Complete Integration” to send the lead there.
