Integrate Acuity Scheduling with ClickMeeting

I was scheduling a meeting with a client of mine. I had a few days to finalize the time for this meeting, but I didn’t have the necessary time to do it. When I went online to see if there was a program that could help me schedule my meeting with my client, I found two programs that were very similar. Acuity Scheduling and ClickMeeting. The main difference between them is that one is a standalone program, while the other is only an add-on to your Outlook program. I decided to go with Acuity Scheduling because it is a standalone program and therefore has more capabilities than ClickMeeting and does not require you to open up another program. You can send out as many meetings as you want without worrying about being charged. Finally, the interface is very intuitive and user friendly. It is exactly what I needed; something that was easy to use and would save me time.

I like integrated programs because they save time and make scheduling meetings easier. If I had chosen ClickMeeting over Acuity Scheduling, scheduling my meeting would have been more difficult.

This eliminates the extra step of sending a reminder email once someone cancels a meeting so you don’t forget to reschedule it again.
