However, they can also be beneficial as a learning tool for your business as well as a way to find new content ideas. Here are a few tips for creating successful polls:

Make sure your poll is easy to answer. A great way to do this is to use single words, not long statements.

For example, instead of “What was the weather like today?” ask “hot or cold?” Instead of “What are you favorite songs right now?” ask “Favorite song at the moment?” You get the idea.

Don’t make it too broad. For example, if you ask, “How do you feel about coffee?” you could get a variety of responses from people who love it and hate it. To increase engagement and win over customers, try asking more specific questions like: “Do you like coffee with cream and sugar or black?”
