Social media marketing has made a huge impact on the online marketing world. For a long time, SEO was the only way to promote your business, but now social media is just as important as search engine optimization.

A: Where your pages are ranking and page/query performance

To help you understand how well your pages are ranking in the SERPs, you need to understand how Google ranks their results. In general, there are two main factors that affect how a page will rank in the SERPs – link popularity and on-page optimization.

Google is constantly changing their algorithm. They want to make sure that the results they show are relevant to what people are searching for, so they’re always looking at new ways to improve the search results.

In this section, we’ll cover how Google rates link popularity, social signals from Facebook and Twitter, and social media sites like Reddit. We’ll also talk about how PageRank works and what you can do to increase your PageRank.

Link Popularity

When working on your SEO strategy, one of the first things you should do is develop a link building plan. You might think that your product or service is great, but if no one knows about it, then you won’t be able to sell it. The first step to building your link building plan is deciding which links you want to earn.

There are two main types of links you can earn: Anchor text links and contextual links. Anchor text links are links where the anchor text is the exact same as the keywords you’re targeting. For example, let’s say you wanted to rank for “dog grooming”. You would look for links that had anchor text like “dog grooming” or “dog grooming services”. This type of link is very powerful because Google sees this link as an endorsement of your business; it looks like you were recommended by another website. If you look at your competitor’s profiles, they may have hundreds or thousands of these types of links pointing back to their website. It’s easy to see why they rank so well!

Contextual links are links where the anchor text isn’t the exact same as the keyword phrase you’re targeting. These are also considered high quality links because Google sees them as endorsements of your business, but they don’t have to be exact matches for the keyword phrase you’re targeting. For example, if someone lists your business name in a blog post or article about dog grooming, Google will see that as an endorsement of your business even though the anchor text isn’t specifically about dog grooming. As long as it’s related to dog grooming, Google will still count it as a good link for your website.

Since both of these types of links are considered high quality by Google, it makes sense to try to get both types of links if possible. The easiest way to do this is by creating a link building plan. This way you know exactly how many anchor text links you need and exactly where those anchor text links should go. There are three types of link building strategies that work well together to boost your rankings: 1) Partnerships 2) Link Building Campaigns 3) Blogging. Let’s take a closer look at each of these strategies.

Partnerships

If you own a local business, partnering with other local businesses can be a great way to increase awareness for both companies without costing either business a lot of money. If you run a restaurant chain, partnering with other restaurants in your area can help get more customers into your restaurant chain while bringing more attention to your partner restaurants. If you run a local grocery store chain, partnering with local farmers can get people interested in buying fresh produce from local farmers instead of from big box stores like Walmart and Target. Partnering with other businesses can help get customers interested in using your business while bringing more attention to their business too! If you run a non-profit organization, partnering with other non-profits can also help get people interested in working with both organizations and getting involved in the community. Partnering with other businesses is a great way to work with complementary businesses while helping out different businesses around town!

Link Building Campaigns

Another way that you can build high quality links to your site is through link building campaigns. By planning out your link building campaign ahead of time, you can create a list of all the possible places where you could place a link back to your site, and start contacting some of those websites to work out a deal. This process can take a while since most website owners have a lot going on and don’t have time to check their email every day. If you want to get some quick results, then there are some services that can help you automate that process (we’ll discuss this more later). By having an organized list of potential places where you want links back to your site, you can contact one website at a time and reach out to more people without having to worry about forgetting who you talked to or what websites said yes and which ones said no! Just remember that not every website owner is going to be interested in linking back to your site; be polite and courteous when contacting these people and they may be more inclined to work with you in the future! Remember: if they say no today, ask them again in 6 months. It may take time for them to remember who you are and what benefits they could get from linking back to your site!

Blogging

The third type of link building strategy is blogging. Blogging is one of the best ways to build high quality links back to your site in a short amount of time because every time you write a blog post and publish it online, it will be indexed by Google and other search engines very quickly! When people search for keywords related to your blog topic in Google, they will see your website near the top of the SERP based on how many times your blog has been indexed by Google! A blog post might not get hundreds or thousands of clicks right away if you get it published on a slow news day, but over time it will get indexed faster than any other type of content on your website because everyone needs content! So even if no one reads it right away, eventually it will get enough attention that Google will start indexing it faster than any other page on your website! It doesn’t matter how much traffic your website gets each day; over time Google will index all of the pages on your website because everyone needs content! You should write new blog posts at least once per month because if you have no blog posts on your website for several weeks in a row, Google will think that no one is updating your website anymore! Having new content published consistently shows Google that someone is taking care of their website so it will keep showing up high in the search results! The more often you publish blog posts, the faster Google will index them! Try to publish at least 2 blog posts per week! That being said, if you have really busy weeks, it might be better for Google if you just publish one short post each week instead of publishing 2 very long posts in one week! If publishing 1 long post per week would take up too much time for you, then try posting 2 shorter posts per week instead! It’s better for Google if you publish something every week than having nothing published for several weeks in a row (except holidays)! Also remember not every single one of your posts has to be about dog grooming; sometimes it might make more sense to write articles about cats or horses or even something completely unrelated like sports or music if that brings in more traffic! It all depends on what kind of niche you decided on when creating your business plan! Just remember that if Google sees that no one is updating your website anymore (no new articles for several weeks in a row), then they will assume that no one is managing your website anymore either so they’ll drop it down in the search results until someone starts publishing new content again! So keep writing new content at least once per month! If there’s anything else I forgot to mention about blogging, let me know! I hope I didn’t leave out anything in this section because I put in so much detail in my last article about blogging that I felt bad cutting out all that information when I decided how much space I was going to give each section in this article! If there’s anything else about blogging that I forgot, please let me know! There were so many details that I didn’t know where else I could fit them into this article without making this article too long!
