I: Introduction – Social media marketing is a strategy employed by business owners to gain more exposure for their business. It is a relatively inexpensive way to market your business and it allows you to reach a lot of people quickly. You can reach out to a large number of people who are potential customers for your business through social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and Youtube.

A: Seo and social media marketing strategy – Social media marketing strategy should include various SEO elements. If you want to be successful with your social media marketing plan, you should combine it with your website’s search engine optimization. The two can work together to help you reach a broad range of people and improve your site’s rankings in the search engines.

II: Body – When you start thinking about creating a social media marketing strategy, you will need to determine which social media sites you should focus on. This will depend on your target market and what your goal is. If you want to increase sales for example, then those traffic-heavy sites like Facebook and Youtube will be ideal for you. If you want to increase brand awareness and online reputation, then sites like Twitter and LinkedIn will be better options.

A: Social media marketing calendar – One of the keys to success with social media marketing is creating a social media calendar. You will want to post new content on a regular basis if you want to build up your followers and increase traffic to your website. If you post new content on a regular basis, then your followers will learn to expect it and they will also learn to come back to your social media pages frequently. If you create an engaging post that gets people talking, then you will quickly see the number of visitors to your site increase.

III: Conclusion – Social media marketing is not something that you can do once and forget about it. You will find that if you want to keep growing, then you need to continually update your social media pages. You will also find that there is no one type of social media platform that is best for every business.
