A: Offline Marketing Section Introduction

1. Having a website is not enough for a business. You have to have a well-maintained website so people can easily get to you. Businesses need to be visible to their target market and the Internet is the best place to do this.

2. Offline marketing or conventional marketing is still needed for businesses or companies that have no websites yet. Offline marketing involves distributing brochures, business cards, flyers and other offline materials for people to see and read about the products and services that a company offers. It includes printing flyers and brochures, placing them at strategic areas that will be visited by potential clients and holding seminars, workshops and conferences. The main purpose of these activities is to inform people about a company’s products and services and convince them to buy from the company.

3. Advertising is another form of offline marketing wherein people are exposed to a company’s products or services through the use of TV commercials, billboards, radio commercials etc. Radio commercials are usually done for local businesses while TV commercials are done for nationwide companies.

4. There is no doubt that offline marketing plays an important role in the success of a company but it is losing its popularity and importance because many companies are now advertising their products and services online instead of doing it offline. The main reason why companies prefer online marketing over offline marketing is because it is cheaper and more effective than conventional marketing methods. With online marketing, businesses can reach millions of people around the world without spending too much money on advertising and marketing materials. The Internet provides lots of opportunities for businesses to reach their target market and create awareness about their products and services so they will become more popular in the market.

5. Nowadays, it is practically impossible for any business to thrive in the market without having a website. People use search engines like Google and Yahoo to find information about products and services that they want to purchase and they expect to find your website if they search for your products or services online. This means that if you don’t have a website yet, you will miss out on a lot of potential clients who may choose to purchase from your competitors instead of buying from you because they cannot find your website online when they search for your products or services using search engines like Yahoo and Google. It is very important for business owners to have a website because it will help them build a brand image in the minds of potential clients thus making it easier for them to gain more clients in the future. It will also increase their credibility in the marketplace. A good website should be well designed, easy to navigate and easy to find when someone searches for your company online using search engines like Google or Yahoo. In addition, a good website will provide potential clients with necessary information about your company so they can decide whether or not they want to buy from you once they have visited your site.
