Setting Up Our Facebook Business Manager Account

This article will give the readers a brief overview of how to make money with affiliate marketing and what is required to get started.

One of the most significant benefits of affiliate marketing is its strong ROI. You can start this business online with minimal investment, and you do not need any special skills or experience.

Setting up our facebook business manager account:

To get started, we need to open a business manager account and Facebook pixel. Once we have these two things in place, we can start to see potential customers.

To begin, we’ll need to go to the Shopify app store and download either ‘Facebook Business Manager’ or ‘Facebook Pixel’. We’ll need to check which one is the right one for the type of account that we have.

These are just two of countless apps that are available for Shopify. There are also thousands of other apps that are designed specifically for use with facebook. It is important that we are aware of these apps because they represent the future of affiliate marketing.

It is estimated that over 1 billion people worldwide are active users of facebook. This means that your potential audience is enormous. For this reason, it is absolutely essential that you take advantage of this platform as soon as you possibly can. It may be the single most important thing you ever do for your business. When you combine facebook with affiliate marketing, your potential earning power is almost unlimited!

When you log into your business manager account, you should see something like this:

This is where you are going to set up your pixel. Let’s do that now. Click on ‘Create pixel’ and then click on ‘Create new’. You should see something like this:

Here, we will select the correct campaign type among the two options available to us (Website traffic or Purchase). Then click on ‘Create pixel’. We should now see something like this:

Now, let’s create our first audience segment. Click on ‘Custom audience’ and then click on ‘Create custom audience’. Then you should see something like this:

Now, fill out all 4 fields as follows:

Name: Name your custom audience segment appropriately. I would recommend naming it after the product that you are promoting (in our case it would be ‘SEO Guide’). Also, make sure you select ‘Custom Audiences’ as the audience type. Keep in mind that there are numerous types of audiences available to you. You can even create audiences based on user behavior or demographics, but keep it simple for now. We will cover more advanced topics later on in this series. Finally, select ‘Website Traffic’ as your campaign type. Now click ‘Create Audience’ and then the button that says ‘Done’. You should now see something like this:

Click on ‘Edit Segment’ and then click on ‘edit audience’ again for SEO Guide. You should now see something like this:

Now we need to target a specific page URL for our custom audience segment. Select the button that says ‘Add a new page URL’ and enter a URL from the landing page of the e-book that you have created earlier in this series. This way, when someone visits your landing page from facebook, they will automatically be added as a member of your audience segment no matter what page they visit! This is a great way to increase your reach and reduce your cost per sale! Now click ‘Save Segment’ and then ‘Done’. Now we need to target a specific page URL for our custom audience segment. Select the button that saysand enter a URL from the landing page of the e-book that you have created earlier in this series. This way, when someone visits your landing page from facebook, they will automatically be added as a member of your audience segment no matter what page they visit! To do this, we need to click on ‘Install code’ and then we should see something like this:
