This course is brought to you by Appy Pie as part of our Academy series number 35 planning your next day and advance and what this means is the night before the next day obviously so night before you plan out exactly what you're going to do what you're going to accomplish what you're going to work on for the next day this is gonna cut down on a lot of distractions it's gonna cut down a lot of issues it's gonna cut down on a lot of time wasted a lot of the times we get caught up in the actual to Do's for the day so we don't know what am I gonna do today what do I need to accomplish and then you think of something you do it you have a break waste some time they have some distractions you think about okay what else do I need to do you do it and you get conned that cycle it's a lot of waste there but if you have it ready to go preparing your to Do's for the day the night before it's going to help you accomplish a lot more get everything and get everything checked off and also mentally prepare yourself for the next day you're going to realize okay this is what I need to do and when you get up you're ready to go you're gonna tackle everything on that list and get into it feels really good we've talked about to do is we've talked about accomplishing them this makes a lot easier to spell out what you need to do for the day and get it done I can't reiterate I can't say enough how good it feels to get everything done at the end of the day that you were supposed to and you can actually 100% relax you don't have to worry about anything else you know what you're in control you know you're able to get done what you set out for yourself the goal and give you a template here look at it in the downloadable material section of this course you can actually get this template and use it every night before you go to bed plan out what you need to do and then on the next date you're gonna get into action mode and actually accomplish what you need to accomplish.
