This course is brought to you by Appy Pie as part of our academy series number 25 respect your time and energy now we've talked about ways to get more done in the day but there are limits on what you can do what you can accomplish in a specific amount of time you know given a specific amount of energy there are only 24 hours in a day so don't push yourself too hard first off and then don't stress yourself out too much because you aren't Superman we all wish we weren't we all wish we could do more and work 26 hours in a day and get more done or live 26 hours per a 24 hour day that's not going to happen so there are limits you only have so much energy as well you only have so much attention as well you can only do so much so don't throw in and don't keep saying yes to projects we're saying yes to opportunities and then trying to fit it all in and a small amount of time or a small amount of day all of that keeping in mind I've been there where I've taken on too many project to take it on too many responsibilities at once and I suffer and in the end you can burn out that's not what we're looking for where you work so hard that you need to take a break and that you're forced to take a break because your body won't allow you to go any further so respect your limits respect your body respect your time energy respect your attention do push yourself do take steps to make changes to help you get more done but keep in mind that are going to be limit.
