Video Transcription: Congratulations we've finally done it we've arrived at Napoleon Hills 13 principles of success and that is developing your sixth sense or it's something that happens naturally to you after you've mastered the first 12 steps so it's a little bit of a game he's playing with us it's not something you consciously do essentially to develop the instinct but it's the other 12 things that other 12 steps you take and your instinct will occur and develop on its own so for most entrepreneurs this inflection point happens around the 40 year-old mark it doesn't mean that it has to happen for you but that's what he observed what happens is people at that age have gained a certain amount of business and life experience to make better decisions better business and life intuition and just acquired more business and life wisdom and of course it comes after a lot of persistence and hard work that's the 40 year mark you know you start your career around the year 2025 depending on where you are and what your career is and of course you work up and after a lot of experience you get to a really good place in the middle of people's careers if they stuck with it that persistence thing remember I mean you see didn't necessarily mean months to months for some people it's until they're 40 it's a lifelong thing people develop this level of expertise and this echoes Malcolm Gladwell's the 10,000 hour mark - of work to build your expertise I don't know if you ever heard of this but my outcome Gladwell has this book the outliers in which he talks about the 10,000 hour mark that it's approximately an amount of time to build incredible expertise in some skill in something now it's not scientific there is no proof that it does there's that 10,000 hours is a requirement but he noticed the trend and the polling he'll also notice the trend as there's a certain deep amount of time that it took for people to develop this extra six cents she calls it so if you persist long enough I can if you and if you stick with it you will become a fantastic and entrepreneur entrepreneur and accumulating wealth if that's your goal will become much more attainable for you you'll have that extra skill that six cents.
