I: Introduction

A: How to work from home productively

In this article I will explain how to work from home when you have an online job or a small business. It is always a good idea to make a plan for when you are at home in case you need a little motivation. The best way to stay focused and to do what you need to do in a given time is to make a plan for each day or week. This way you can always see what you need to do in order to reach your goals. You can use various tools that will give you the backbone of your work schedule. In this article I will show you some apps and techniques that can help you organize your time at home.

In order to have a plan for your time at home, there are two main things that you need to do: write down the things you want to do and to organize your time. There are a lot of different apps that can help you to do that. I would recommend using a task manager app such as Todoist or Evernote. Both have their pros and cons but they can definitely help you to organize your day. Here is how it works: make a list of all the tasks you want to accomplish (the ones that should be done the next day). Then add them to your task manager and assign them a deadline. The next day start with the first thing on the list and finish it before moving on to the second one or move on if it takes less than 5 minutes. If nothing needs to be done move on and add new tasks into your task manager. If something else comes up add it into your task manager and mark it as “unplanned”. Let me show you how it works with Todoist and Evernote.

Todoist: https://todoist.com/

This is one of my favorite apps because it is simple and easy to use. It is available for every platform so no matter what device I am using I can access my tasks immediately. Another plus of Todoist is that it offers collaboration feature so if you work with someone it will be easier and more efficient. You can also set reminders for specific tasks or projects so that every time you open the app you will be reminded about what you need to do. My only complaint about this app is that it doesn’t have voice input option which would make it even better. However, this app will be very useful in organizing your free time when you are working from home. At the end of each day you can check off the tasks that are completed and tomorrow you can focus on the ones that are left. You can also add notes or comments in case something goes wrong with a particular task. For example, if you need to buy something for a task put a link to review/purchase page in the notes section so that you won’t forget what you need to buy or where you can find it online. Another thing that I like about Todoist is its “Smart Schedule” feature which automatically assigns tasks depending on the deadline. For example, if there is a task with a deadline in 3 days then it will be assigned for today, tomorrow or next day depending on how many days are left until the deadline. So if there are only 2 days left until the deadline then it will be marked for tomorrow but if there are 4 days left it will be marked for Monday because Monday is the deadline. Of course this is just my personal preference but if you think about it, this will definitely help you to focus on the tasks you need to finish by the deadline instead of stressing out over all of them at once. The only downside of this app is that it might not fit your needs if you don’t like writing down everything on paper, since this app does not have voice recognition which would make it even better (you can still plan your daily tasks by speaking aloud but it isn’t very convenient). Overall, Todoist is definitely one of the best apps out there when it comes to organizing your daily tasks or anything else for that matter. It also has some great features like alerts for upcoming events which makes sure that nothing slips through the cracks (or completely off of your radar). I would definitely recommend this app if you are looking for something simple and easy-to-use without too many bells and whistles. It is very flexible so it can fit anyone’s needs, which is always a plus! Check out their website here: https://todoist.com/ .
