Without the proper software, the bookkeeper will waste time entering information into a computer system that is inefficient and not designed for this purpose.

A lot of time and energy goes into designing and choosing the right software and hardware for a business. This includes making sure that the software and hardware work well together, which is why it is important to have a network set up in a way that makes it easy for different computers to communicate with one another.

C: The hardware in a business includes everything from the computer itself to printers and cameras. All of these items are necessary for a business to function at optimal levels. It is important that these pieces of equipment are in good working order in order to keep a business running efficiently. If a printer is not working correctly, employees will waste time printing documents when they should be doing other tasks.
